Giselle Avitia is a bilingual paralegal at The Merkel Law Firm LLC, where she supports clients throughout the workers’ compensation process with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. As a fluent English and Spanish speaker, she ensures that injured workers feel heard, understood, and fully informed at every stage of their case.
Giselle supports workers’ compensation cases by preparing filings, coordinating with medical providers, and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate one of the most challenging times in their lives and strives to make every interaction clear, respectful, and supportive.
Outside of work, Giselle loves spending time with her husband and 3 children. A devoted animal lover with a home full of pets, she also enjoys exploring new places, tackling DIY projects, and sharing laughs and good times with friends and family.
