Jolien Haro

Paralegal

Jolien joined The Law Offices of Furutani & Merkel as a paralegal in 2017. As a paralegal, she is involved with the clients from inception through resolution to help navigate through the Workers Compensation process. This includes but not limited to communicating with the clients, managing their medical records, filing pleadings with the Courts and working closely with the attorney’s to monitor each claim to ensure the clients are maximizing their worker’s compensation benefits.

Jolien is a native to Colorado, graduating from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 16 years as an accountant in both large and small companies. Outside of work, Jolien and her family love to camp in the beautiful Colorado mountains and spend as much time as they can with family and friends.
